A lifelong foodie and lover of learning, Tori is captivated by evolving the way the world eats.
Tori's awareness of environmental issues and public health concerns as well as her commitment to Ahimsa, or nonviolence, has shaped her diet to be plant based. She is passionate about making this lifestyle accessible and palatable for all. Tori teaches plant based cooking in small and large scale venues and works occasionally as a private chef, working towards one day writing and publishing a plant based cookbook.
